Iggi Pop

Everyone I see at Pawprints is great. This time I have seen Freyja, Zoe and received an email from Gareth too and they are all fab. They know our dog and all his quirks so well and really look out for him. They are so enthusiastic and keen to do whatever they can to make him have a good time there. They were full of news about how much more relaxed he had been this stay and showed us photos of him at Yappy time etc, which were lovely to see. It is very comforting to know that such lovely people are caring for your dog. We love receiving the photos while we are away but would like to see photos of our dog amongst the other dogs too, not just shots of him. We see other dogs in videos but not our dog. We look on Instagram aswell as email. They are always such fun shots and all the dogs always look so happy! We are so happy with Pawprints and recommend it whenever we're asked.

They are all great! Otto always comes back home happy and healthy and it was good to know that the kennels are kept nice and cool during this exceptionally warm weather. The new photo updates are great and we go away knowing he is being well cared for.

Always very friendly and efficient I like that staff always seem to remember Olive and speak highly of her, telling me how she's been when I pick her up. They truly care and like her and it makes me feel she's been well looked after

I think the team at Pawprints are amazing. Always so accommodating to whatever Hank needs. They love your pet as much as you do and I am so grateful I found a kennels that I am confident to leave Hank in their care xx

Absolutely fantastic experience for Ronnie‚s trial night! From the moment I emailed to query, everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and really reassured me along the way. It was Ronnies first night away from home and he seemed to enjoy his time with you! (Especially yappy hour). We both feel so much more reassured and happy that Ronnie will be somewhere safe whilst we get married when he next comes in November for 2 nights! Love the picture updates! It made our night! :)

Indy

Indy is a nervous dog but he bounces in and bounces out. He loves the staff and his time at Pawprints. This isn't a kennels, it's a second home.

Ruby & Pippin

The reception staff are so friendly and helpful, and have a great connection with the dogs. Leaving us fully confident and assured they are in good hands.

The front desk staff on arrival and collection were friendly, and clearly had worked with Amber before. It's great to get to meet the people spending time with her.

All staff fantastic, experts in what they do, and Zoe particularly made me feel very reassured that Chester would be fine. Kept up to date the whole time. Highly recommend.

Everyone was fantastic with Harvey. I could see he was relaxed and happy around the staff, who seemed very experienced in his breed and body type. Happy to board Harvey again at Pawprints.

Archie and Moose

All staff are very attentive and really took care to help Moose settle in. They clearly understood our dogs and made their stay enjoyable. Always a positive experience and completely trust our dogs in your care.

Staff are exceptional. Took the time to talk to me when collecting about Blue and Lola's stay and offered advice which was really good.

Indy absolutely loves staying with you, which makes me a happy mummy. As soon as I put his bed in the car he knew exactly where he was going, sat by the car looking at me as though to say hurry up mum.
